The app may request access to your device's camera and photo library solely for the purpose of attaching a photo to a guest support request within the Settings screen. This access is optional and governed by the following permissions declared in the app:

When you open the full-screen pass view, the app temporarily increases your device's screen brightness to ensure reliable barcode scanning. Your original brightness setting is automatically restored when you exit the pass view. No data about your brightness preferences is recorded or transmitted.
Although data is stored locally rather than on external servers, we are committed to using secure, well-maintained storage libraries. All locally stored data remains entirely under your control. You may delete the app at any time to remove all locally stored data from your device.
Casino Niagara Pocket Pass is intended for registered Casino Niagara hotel guests aged 18 and above. The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect or store personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has accessed the app, please contact us immediately.
